By this document, Eldora Mountain Resort discloses to you that a consumer report, including an investigative consumer report containing information as to your character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living, may be obtained for employment purposes as part of the pre-employment background investigation, and at any time during your employment. I understand that any offer of employment with Eldora Mountain Resort is contingent upon my passing any required physical examinations. I understand that I do not have a Contract of Employment with Eldora Mountain Resort; that my employment will be at-will and is not for a definite duration; and that my employment can be terminated with or without cause or notice, at any time, at the option of either Eldora Mountain Resort or myself.

I understand that an important factor to consider while working at a ski area is the ability to be flexible. I further understand that I may be asked to work different jobs at peak business times. I also understand that I must be prepared for all weather conditions. Lastly, I understand that a change in the weather may mean I might be needed to help by working jobs other than my original assignment.
